Two Republican message-crafters who are well known within party circles but who in this presidential campaign find themselves outside looking in — Mike Murphy and Peggy Noonan — offered unvarnished opinions of the Sarah Palin VP pick today when they thought they were un-miked after an appearance on MSNBC.

Murphy terms the Palin pick “cynical;” Noonan says it means the race is “over” (and presumably not in a favorable way for her party).

What is the over under on the “pressures of the disgraceful liberal attacks on my family make me pull out of this defining “choice” in American Politics” to let a safer/vetted choice become VP. I say 10 days.

…after being let down by enough “Americans” tonight at least there is one who at least talks the talk.

Saw the “American Hardcore ” movie at Irvive U, so should see “What we do is Secret” ( The Germs) movie there as well. Probably not the statement both those movies were trying to make. ( Irvine !!!! )

UPDATE: How often do you go to an 11.50 am screening of a movie about The Germs and the first thing you hear walking in is “Who wants a shot ? I know the Scottish guy does”.

Peppers !!!

This was full at one point 6 ? years ago then we made/asked/bet people to eat the “ripe”/rancid peppers and then we made shots with the juice.
And then after talking about it tonight i found what was left over in a closet next to the front door.

Bad things will happen from now on …..

But anyone who’s studied McCain’s career with any intellectual detachment at all (as opposed to the hagiographic tendencies of his media cheerleading claque) could have told you: The truth about John McCain is that he’ll do just about anything and say just about anything to win. He always has. He’s just been more clever (and cynical) than most in how he goes about it.

First number is number of files. I missed my main audio backup directory from my OTA device so add another 1500 or so files to that. ( big 250 mb files as well )
(Staples screwed up. 500GB external device for $159 . with instant reduction should have been $119 but when they run it through for me i got it for $99 . ) ( That is 5 Gig/dollar . Insane )
